SPA ETIQUETTE
Please try to arrive 10/15 minutes before your scheduled appointment: arriving late for your SPA appointment will decrease your treatment time and you will be charged the full treatment cost.
In case you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment reservation, we ask you to notify us at least 24 hours before the appointed time, in order to avoid a penalty charge of 100% the cost of the reserved treatment.
Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed to SPA and Fitness Area.
Opening hours: Mon-Sat from 3 pm to 9 pm / Sunday from 10 am to 9 pm (last entry at 7 pm).
The reservation is mandatory. Not exclusive use, unless specifically indicated.
