In compliance with the guidelines issued by the WHO and by the national and local authorities, we follow a Covid-19 prevention protocol which improves our standard procedures with all the necessary security measures to ensure you a peaceful stay dedicated to wellness.

Hygiene and safety
SANITISATION
The Resort premises are subject to careful and regular sanitization.
In each area of the hotel, dispensers will be available to customers and collaborators to dispense hand-sanitizing gel.
CHECK-IN
At arrival, if necessary, our Staff will measure your temperature using a thermal scanner. To protect everybody’s safety, if your temperature is more than/equals 37,5°, the Properties may not be accessed.
AT YOUR SERVICE
We want to welcome you to the fullest.
All staff temperature is checked daily and the use of personal protective equipment is mandatory.
Each hotel department follows a specific protocol to guarantee specific attention at every moment of your stay.
All members participated to a specific training session related to the new health measures to guarantee an updated specific knowledge for Guests and colleagues.

Not everyone is lucky enough to spend their days surrounded by nature: during your stay you will have the chance to relax outdoors.
AT THE RIGHT DISTANCE
You will see it with your own eyes, the common areas are bright and spacious.
Their width makes it easier to keep distancing without too much effort.
RESTAURANT AND BAR
The new layout and the number of tables in our restaurant rooms will guarantee wide personal space.
Breakfast is available both on a buffet basis served only assisted by our Staff or with an à la carte service.
Room service is available for those who prefer to enjoy breakfast in the privacy of their room.
SPA and FITNESS CORNER
In order to avoid crowding, access to the SPA is limited to a reduced number of Guests and this is constantly monitored by the Staff.
Our wellness operators wear personal protective equipment. Treatment rooms are fully sanitised after each treatment.
The Fitness Corner is for exclusive use; before and after each use, it is possible to sanitize tools and machinery with Golmar sanitizing wipes.
